Used Wheels
All used wheels sold by Griplow are sold as is. Griplow does its best to accurately describe and photograph all used wheels that are sold. Griplow will disclose any visual damage, to the best of our ability. The buyer has the right to ask any questions and for additional photos before purchasing. The buyer is responsible for knowing their own lug pattern and hub bore, as well as what wheels fit their car and/or over big brake kits.
New Wheels
A minimum deposit of 50% of sale price is required before ordering new wheels from the manufacturer. If the buyer cancels their wheel order after it has been placed, Griplow will charge a 30% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the original deposit, before issuing a refund. The buyer is responsible for knowing their own lug pattern and hub bore, as well as what wheels fit their car and/or over big brake kits.
Importing
A 50% deposit of the agreed sale price is required before importing. Griplow will do its best to accurately disclose any damage or blemishes to wheels imported directly from Japan, via customer request. In some rare instances, the wheels may arrive with additional damage or slightly different offsets than originally anticipated. All imported wheels via customer request are are sold as is.
Wheel Builds
The buyer has the right to inspect all goods before final sale. Buyer assumes all responsibility once the final sale is complete. Griplow has the right to sell the goods and will defend and warrant the right against demands of all persons and any lawful claims. Griplow warrants multi-piece wheel seals performed by Griplow, with receipt, except if the seal has been damaged, tampered or broken.
Griplow recommends replacing all valve stems and hardware for all wheel builds. Griplow does not warrant used or damaged valve stems, used or damaged hardware, or cracked wheels. Pricing is only an estimate, Griplow has the right to charge additional pricing from the original price for additional work. Griplow owns the rights to any parts replaced, unless requested by the buyer before the final payment. Once deposit or payment is received, the buyer agrees to pay for all work completed, including the cost of ordered replacement parts. Buyer gives up the rights for any warranty repair work if the buyer runs improper tire sizing, resulting in tire de-beading or damage from stretched tires.
Shipping
Griplow insures all wheel sets shipped out. It is the buyers responsibility to inform Griplow of any shipping changes, address changes (prior to shipping), expedited services, or added special request to shipment.
Once your wheels or parts arrive, open the boxes and inspect the wheels for any damages before signing for the wheels or parts. If you need to make a claim, please contact the shipping company if your wheels arrived damaged (If sold without damage) and then contact jesse@griplow.com if the shipping company needs any additional documents from Griplow. We are here to help you if any problems arise.
